What is Direct Pay Dermatology?

Direct pay (sometimes called concierge dermatology) means you pay our office directly for your visits, rather than billing insurance. This makes your care transparent, affordable, and stress-free.

Important: We still use your insurance for laboratory testing, pathology bills, and prescription medications. You get simple upfront pricing for your visits, while still benefiting from insurance for outside services.

  • 1 rash evaluation with prescription – $75
  • Acne visit with extraction and prescription refills – $75
  • Full skin examination (with biopsies + freezing included)$125 – $150
  • Follow-up hair loss visit (blood pressure check + refills) – $75
  • Removal of one lesion – $50
  • Removal of one lesion + rash evaluation – $100

  • Wart on toe + rash on hand + prescription – $85
  • Accutane follow-up – $75
  • Initial Accutane evaluation (with paperwork) – $125

  • Patch testing (includes follow-up visits) – $400
  • Genital wart removal – $50 – $150 depending on number treated
  • “Barnacle” / seborrheic keratosis removal – $50 – $200 depending on number treated
  • Comprehensive hair loss evaluation (scalp biopsy + blood panel, 30 min) – $200
